It began as just an idea between two friends, Ashley Hedrick and Nathan Jennings, who just thought it would be neat to have friends to collaborate our work with.  They knew quite a few people who share a love of writing, but none of them had ever been so nerdy as to actually create a writing club. Thanks to thier go-out-and-do-it gumption, we now have a group, cleverly named Writers of the Free Lance. With more gumption, they created a website, planned group meetings, and invited friends. Presto, here we are with a sound group, sound guidance, and sound members hopefully planning to grow and expand as we can.
